Once your request has been received, it can take up to 7–10 business days for processing before your replacement key or combo is sent to you. There is a (USD) non-refundable charge for all replacement requests.
Expedited Key Orders
Please call customer service at 1-800-828-1438. Orders received before 11am Central time, Monday-Friday 8:30am–5pm, will ship the same day for next-day delivery. Cost for expedited key orders is $44.95 per set only (2 keys), plus applicable sales tax, by credit card only.
