To start the process we need some information about your safe. A notarized statement of ownership may be needed to complete the key replacement process.

Once your order has been received, it can take up to 14-21 business days for processing before your replacement key is mailed to you. Express key requests are not an option at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For you and your safe's security, you'll need a Notarized Statement of Ownership to recover your replacement key. This statement and process allows Sentry Safe to know who you are and prevents your replacement key from falling into the wrong hands.

  2. Have the completed statement notarized Tip: Your bank may offer a free notary service.
  3. Come back to Sentry Safe and continue the next steps to replace your keys.
