To start the process we need some information about your safe. A notarized statement of ownership may be needed to complete the key replacement process.

Key replacement process

Once your order has been received, it can take up to 14-21 business days for processing before your replacement key is mailed to you. Express key requests are not an option at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Notary Form

For you and your safe's security, you'll need a Notarized Statement of Ownership to receive a key replacement or combination recovery. This statement and process allows Sentry Safe to know who you are and prevents your combination falling into the wrong hands.

  3. Come back to Sentry Safe and continue the next steps to recovery your combination.

Combo Replacement process and costs

Once your notary form has been received, it can take up to 7-10 business days for processing before your combo is sent to you.

Expedited combo processing requests are available for an additional fee and take 1-2 business days to process once the request is received.

Your combination will be sent separately from your key.
