To start the process we need some information about your safe.

We will need to verify your identity

For you and your safe's security, we will use an identity verification service (ExpectID®) to verify your identity. This is an added security measure to confirm ownership of your safe.

We can only process orders from the lower 48 States. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the USA please contact Customer Service.

Process and costs

Once your request has been received, it can take up to 14–21 business days for processing before your replacement key is mailed to you. Express key requests are not an option at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

It can take up to 7–10 business days for processing before your replacement combo is sent to you. There is a (USD) non–refundable charge for all replacement requests.
