Combo Recovery Process
To start the process we need some information about your safe.
We Will Need To Verify Your Identity
For you and your safe's security, we will use an identity verification service (ExpectID®) to verify your identity. This is an added security measure to confirm ownership of your safe.
Note
We can only process orders from the lower 48 States. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the USA please contact Customer Service.
Process And Costs
It can take up to 7–10 business days for processing before your replacement combo is sent to you. There is a (USD) non–refundable charge for all replacement requests.
Tax Exempt
Tax exempt customers should contact Customer Service.

Tips
Enter your legal name as it appear on your government-issued ID.
Do not include titles like Dr., Mrs., etc.
Enter your current address. Please include a space between the street number and street name.
